Special Ops
Redmond EMS has taken the lead in the emergency services community in Floyd County and has built a Special Operations Team to respond to atypical emergency events within the community. These events could be related to large crowds, natural and man-made disasters or assistance to local law enforcement officials during hostage situations or large-scale warrant operations. The team consists of Tactical Medics, Bike Medics and a Swift Water Team.
